| • Alcohol Detox Center Admission minimum age is 18 years of age. |
|
| • Alcohol Detox Admission Client must have a drinking or drug problem |
|
| • Alcohol Detox Admission Client must have a sincere desire to stop drinking alcohol and/or using drugs |
|
| • Alcohol Detox Admission Client must voluntarily admit themself into alcohol detox |
|
| • There must be a sincere commitment not to use alcohol or drugs |

| • Comfortable Clothes |
|
| • Comfortable Shoes |
|
| • Toothbrush and Toothpaste (not necessary) |
|
| • Razors (not necessary) |

| Alcohol Admissions Guidelines |

| • Must successfully complete alcohol detox prior to admission to our Alcohol Treatment Program. |
|
| • Client must have discontinued all alcohol detox medications prior to alcohol admission. |
|
| • Client must have a sincere desire to remain clean and sober |
|
| • Client must have a sincere desire to help other fellow rehab members. |
