Within the first 14 days all clients are required to undergo an addiction severity evaluation which is designed to give the client greater insight into their psychological predilections. Each person is asked a series of questions lasting between 30 and 45 minutes. Upon completion of this evaluation the client will be asked to leave and the evaluator will answer several key questions as to their personal assessment and later that day each person receives a personalized treatment plan, individual problem list, addiction severity score and a continued stay assessment. This evaluation is just one of several tools designed to assist clients in seeing the truth as it relates to their addiction problems.
